Aon is looking for a Health & Benefits Assistant Vice President - Data Warehouse Operations Manager As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by supporting our health solutions practice in delivering innovative and effective solutions based on Data & Analytics in Atlanta, GA, or Chicago IL or in close proximity to any Aon office in the US. Your impact as a Health & Benefits Assistant Vice President- Data Warehouse Operations ManagerThis position is part of our broader Health Analytics Intelligence team, which falls under Aon's national Analytics and Actuarial practice; however, our team works with many of the other high-visibility Aon business units, as well. Our team of individuals excel at assessing customers’ data-based needs and ensuring customers (internal and external) receive a high value return. The team is a mix of data managers, data scientists, reporting analysts, SQL/MS Office/Tableau/PowerBI/Python/R programming experts, statisticians, actuaries, and custom solution architects. Our group delivers or supports a wide array of reporting tools, special projects, and methodology development to address the complex analytic needs of our data-driven clients. Job Responsibilities:Operations Management of Aon’s Health Analytics Intelligence Data Warehouse services, includingLegal process operationsManage sign-off process, execution and storage/maintenance requirements for legal agreements on a client specific and global basisData operations processManage data structure review and decision process for both platform wide and client specific needs Contract renewals and supportManage contract renewals with external team partners, collaborating with Aon procurement and other business leaders as appropriateClient data warehouse implementationsManage data warehouse vendor through multiple concurrent client implementations, helping define and streamline implementation and production release processes and proceduresLead specific large-scale, complex client implementations as neededAssist with defining data warehouse-based analytic best practices and demonstrating the value of our data warehouse platformSupport sales and tool demonstration activities to help grow the customer base of our data warehouse solutionYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise Required Experience:Minimum of 8 years of project and/or data operations management experience Specific knowledge and experience with health care data claimsExperience using data warehouse tools such as IBM/Truven, Cotiviti, HDMS, Artemis, Springbuk, similar vendors, or internally developed health analytics data warehouseEducation:Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
