Manager, Supply Chain Master Data
TheSupply Chain Master Data manager will act astheprimarycontacttolead, develop and build processes for Cell Therapy manufacturing sites. This will include all aspectsofitem, planning, costing, and purchasing master data. One of the primary responsibilities is to harmonize the Master Data processes across all Cell Therapy Sites. The SC Manager willworkcloselywithcross functional teamstohelp developtheoverall system design and data requirements and will identify, lead and implement supply chain system enhancementstoaccommodatenew business requirements and enable process improvements.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limitedto,thefollowing:
Actively and periodically engage with business partners across, different teams such as patient operations, manufacturing, planning and supply chain operations to analyze business requirements related to master data
Workcross functionally, including IT and derive master data needstosupporttheCAR-T supply chain process and set ups in the ERP system
Actively contributetoNew Projects/ Enhancements / Issue resolution aroundmaster data and related processes
Support identifying and managing timelines, resources and tasks during all phases related with Supply Chain projects or initiatives, as well as ongoing business activities.
Leadsolution designsofERP related applications that impact demand and supply planning,witha primary focuson supportingCell Therapy requirements
Ensure properreportingmodels are created for business operations
Write test plans, conduct quality assurance (QA) testing, support user acceptance tests (UAT)
Developprojectand training plans, assist ITwiththeimplementation andprojectexecution
Skills/KnowledgeRequired:
Bachelor'sDegreein Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or Engineering.
5 years of experience working in a global biopharmaceutical supply chain with a top tier ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Prior experience in supply chain master data, demand planning, production control, inventory mgmt., operations mgmt., finance is strongly preferred.
Abilitytoworkindependently and cooperatively in a diverse group
Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices
Ability to travel 10%
