Job Summary

The Supply Chain Transformation Projects team is seeking a highly motivated Manager to join us in supporting our transformational initiatives under the umbrella of our Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) organization. This position requires a driven individual with strong skills in technology integration, business requirement creation, vendor management, stakeholder alignment, project management, data analysis, and interpersonal communication as they will work directly with teammates in ISCO and stakeholders across Comcast to support business analysis and project management while driving our initiatives from ideation to completion. The successful candidate will be able to provide end to end ownership of transformational programs and prepare new technology or process for widespread operational adoption. Additionally, they will lean on previous Supply Chain knowledge and experience to understand the impact of their work and utilize developed communication and presentation skills to then relay their findings to their leader and others.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Assists in the development of strategic plans for existing, new, or proposed business operations for both forward and reverse logistics and across product lines and asset types.

Provide in-depth analysis of proposed solutions/initiatives to leadership to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Work with leadership, stakeholders, and development teams to design and build: 1.) Tools, system support, and process to enable an Omni-Channel experience for our customers across products 2.) A more flexible and cost-effective distribution network for our frontline partners.

Support the department in the management of our employee development program which includes but is not limited to: Training and Development, Career Pathing, Recruiting and Onboarding, etc.

Create and manage projects plans and performance metrics for each of the projects in their portfolio.

Effectively communicate all project timelines, deliverables, and risks, including presentations to the supply chain leadership team.

Develop reports to analyze and interpret key performance indicators to identify trends and areas of focus.

Deliver on ad-hoc requests for project updates, analysis, and executive level presentations.

Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Desired Skills and Experience

Executive level power point creation

Proficiency in Excel and Tableau reporting

High aptitude to understand new technology integration

Detailed system and process mapping

Facilitate discovery and design conversations across multiple verticals (Tech Dev, Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.)

Ability to work autonomously

Bachelor's Degree
