Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the timely planning, manufacturing scheduling and inventory control of the products and services as assigned consistent with Cameron's requirements.

Coordinates with plant Engineering and Manufacturing Departments to assure timely execution of manufacturing product and services activities.
Coordinates the planning of current schedules and inventory control parameters for the assigned products and services consistent with Cameron's requirements as arranged with the requisitioner.
Reviews production schedule and manufacturing orders to ensure that components and services are available in a timely manner.
Generates purchase requisitions to meet the requirements of the production schedule and follow up to maintain the part delivery dates by working with the buyers.
Coordinates with appropriate manufacturing personnel to solve problems related to the Production Schedule, such as material shortage status, rejection, scrap, re-work, etc.
Maintains status information, compiles reports concerning progress of work and viability of meeting Customer Order due dates.
Assists manufacturing engineering to correct manufacturing order router problems and manufacturing concerns for projects assigned.
Analyze planning an operations processes for continues improvement opportunities.
Maintain MRP setting in system for optimal material utilization
Manages MRP exception reports with the coordination of the Master Scheduler.
Communicates needed changes to WIP and/or planned requisitions and work orders decisions with the partner Planner.
Maintains the dispatch report and organizes priorities for work centers in the planner's area.
Works as the backup for the Master Scheduler to report dates to project management and updating of dates in the Planner Workbench.
Perform various other duties and activities within the physical constraints of the job.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1-year related experience and/or training in Materials/Inventory/Planning.
Some knowledge with production planning and inventory controls systems.
Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication and customer service skills.
Proficient knowledge and skills with MS office products.
Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
