Warehouse Lead
What is the role
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be reporting to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager and will maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized warehouse that will set the standard for parts and material management.
Also, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Receiving material and complete Goods Receipt (GR).
Handling material
Pull and issue material as needed.
Stock items are placed in their define locations
Purchased items are received and issued accordingly
TA (Turn Around) material will get delivered to TA laydown areas
Project material will get delivered to Project laydown areas.
Maintenance material will be stored in its defined location
Completing monthly cycle counts
Supervising and training warehouse personnel
Issue, receive and store maintenance tools
Managing and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
Managing parts and equipment out for repair
Warehouse parts and equipment security
Organization of all stored items
Management of inventory
Issuing and receiving of goods
Marinating clear and concise communications with Maintenance, TA and Project personnel as it pertains to parts and materials
Requirements
What we need from you
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
You must have at least 3 – 5 (three to five) years relevant experience in Warehouse Management experience
Experience using Warehouse management Systems (WMS), i.e., Honeywell digital stocking tool, etc.
Strong oral communication and written skills
Time management and well organized
Skills necessary for the position are the following:
Ability to navigate within SAP
Microsoft Office, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, etc.
Certified or capable of being certified to operate a forklift
Basic knowledge of Industrial parts and materials
