Job ID 21000M9CAvailable Openings 1Position Summary: The incumbent develops and executes logistical strategies consistent with NxStage Medical’s global corporate goals. Develops and implements short-term and long-term operating plans and strategies consistent with overall corporate objectives. Provide team leadership and direction for logistics and supply chain activities. Responsibilities: Design, document, and implement business processes related to final mile deliveries to our patient base. Manage a team of Analysts & Specialists that are focused on the day operation managing our 3rd party delivery suppliers responsible for providing a seamless delivery services for multiple order types. Develop and analyze delivery strategies to support our logistics business as it develops and grows. Specific focus to include direct to patient deliveries, best in class technology, quality of service, and cost. Supports the development of budgets and forecasts for annual and long range business models. Manage problem suppliers and interface with Quality Assurance to coordinate effective corrective action. Manage relationships and negotiate contracts with our delivery partners. Responsible for management and development of KPIs with our delivery suppliers. Ensure that quality, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met. Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements. Lead process improvement projects. Work in cross-functional teams and with different end-users to meet internal and external stakeholder needs. Partner and communicate with suppliers and customers. Manage and develop team.
