Inventory Control Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze and process data to ensure unit and financial accuracy

Creates reporting for data analysis

Interprets data and makes recommendations for practices and/or process improvements.

Identifies and corrects unit and financial inaccuracies through research

Prepares monthly/cyclical reporting for distribution to business partners

Processes unit and financial adjustments

Mines data using Data Warehouse/MSI/SQL query tools

Collaborate with business partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Maintains business partner knowledge of Company and Inventory Control practices and processes

Develops and delivers training as needed to share expertise with business partners

Collaborates with internal and external business teams to resolve shortage and unit system accuracy concerns

Assists with testing and implementation of system enhancements that impact financial and unit inventories

Communicate effectively with business partners

Provides physical inventory guidance to business partners

Researches and responds to concerns highlighted by business partners

Communicates across various levels and channels within the organization

2 years of Logistics experience

Familiarity with warehouse management systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

Working knowledge of Data Warehouse/MSI/SQL query tools

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Retail experience

College degree or equivalent experience
