Night shift:

D Shift: Wed 12am-615am, Thurs–Sat 6pm-6am. (Attendance Incentive: $1.50/hr extra for all scheduled hours)

All shift schedules include half shifts on Wednesdays

POSITION SUMMARY: This position involves operating a forklift for gathering cases of beef/pork product throughout a refrigerated warehouse with temperature range from -10° to 30°F. The order selector will utilize a RF handheld scanner to generate a work order list. The work order list will inform the order selector which cases need to be shipped. While utilizing a forklift, the order selector will locate, select, and gather the cases of finished pork and beef product. The order selector will be required to frequently stack cases ranging from 20 – 70lbs onto a new pallet. On occasions, the order selector might need to stack cases that weigh up to 90lbs. Personal protective equipment and freezer gear will be provided to Team Members in this position. Steel toed boots are required, and Team Member will be reimbursed after 90 days. The order selector will be required to perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS: • Must be willing to frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 70lbs cases and occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry up to 90lbs cases. • Must be willing to frequently stand, walk, bend, stretch, and climb. • Must be willing to cross train and be moved to other areas as needed. • Must be willing and able to stand for 12 hours per day on hard floors in a cold environment with temperature range from -10° to 30°F. •
