Position Summary

This role has a big-time impact! Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Distribution House. Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials Responsible for lift truck operation and/or manual tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Comfortable learning and utilizing powered equipment to include forklifts and pallet jacks

Comfortable learning and using electronic devices to include RF scanners

Work with UA product to ensure they are in necessary locations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Inclusive, but not limited, to the following duties:

Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; including, sweeping, dusting and mopping.

Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.

Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas.

Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks.

Use powered equipment to retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks.

Ability to work overtime, as needed for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

Education And / Or Experience

High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience.

6 year of warehouse experience preferred.

Other Requirements

Good communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Reliability and dependability are essential.

Ability to follow detailed instructions.

Ability to apply concepts of basic math.

Language Skills

Ability to follow instructions both written and verbally.
