Job Summary
Responsible for owning the Supply Chain workstream from end to end, including partnering with cross-functional teams, facilitating relationships with our internal and external technology partners and ensuring end user readiness to integrate and adopt new technology and supporting processes into daily operations. All activities would be aligned with improving the experience for our Internal and External customers.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Partner with CXT and Supply Chain Business Operations to facilitate sustainable functional solutions across people, process and technology that meet the business objective of the technology enabler.
Manage and support our 3rd party Supply Chain technology vendors and their respective platforms to ensure compliance with company policies regarding but not limited to system & data security, disaster recovery, data transmission monitoring and other business impacting processes.
Manage new solution deployments from end to end that support our Supply Chain key strategic initiatives.
Defines project plans to ensure market readiness is in line with deployment milestones.
Works with stakeholders to collect their business requirements, introduce best practices while developing and defining process and procedures for end user to address deploying technology and operational process changes.
Manages ongoing system support, including tracking reported issues and stakeholder enhancement requests with CXT to improve transaction accuracy and / or process efficiency.
Provide post Go-Live support for stakeholders
Reviews and updates Training Strategy and plan to meet stakeholder specific needs.
Reviews testing strategy and updates to meet stakeholder requirements.
Supports sessions through management of UAT test plan, test cases and scripts.
Manages testing environment requests with CXT to include test accounts and required test data. Provides centralized defect management for UAT and live trials, maintains the defect and issues log and conducts daily defect reviews. Provide post Go-Live support for stakeholders
Initiates metrics baseline and ongoing reporting process. Escalates project issues and risks as appropriate.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
