Warehouse & Logistics Manager','WD30129048340','!*!RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Is responsible to supervise the Traffic and Receiving/Storage and Shipping operations, take control of the documents, products production, shipping and receiving windows, as well as maintain the stockroom and keep in good state the facilities.
Commitment to Quality:
Carry out timely the programs established for the activities mentioned above in the Responsibility Level.
Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Environmental Health & Safety.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1.Supervise the products shipping for the customers, including the performing and register of data for the shipping documents (pick lists) and documents of system for international invoices, in case of being shipping to foreign customers.
2.Supervise the activities in the warehouse to assure the properly control of inventory material (including the cycle count program), receiving raw material and control of the Storage area as well as distribute material in the proper quantity and time to production cells.
3.Supervise the performing of the shipping process for the products to assure the required date of the customers’ order
4.Establish the maintenance and procedures and Safety dispositions that minimize the risk in work area.
5.Participate in the coordination of transportation to the McAllen Warehouse and all overseas shipments.
6.Supervise all personnel with in the Warehouse actiivties for receiving, storage, delivery to areas and shipping toassure full utilization of resources.
7.Lead activites for imrpving all warehouse management activities and proceses, implementinf industry 4.0 as applicable.

11.Involve EHS seminars or Workshops
12.Together with the management comitee defines and reviews the (s) security policy, health and enviroment.
13.Together with the manaement committee establishes and environmental objectives and targets Safety an Health.
14.Together with de management committee conducted the review of the EHS Management system.
15.Ensure that the management team meets the functions defined in the EHS Management System and the guidelines or corporate initiatives.
16.To provide resource essential to the proper funcioning of the system Security Administration, Health and Environment.
17.Contribute to compliance (as applicable) Objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.
18.Follor-up and review procedures and instructions OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001
19.Encourage continuous improvement practices among employees.
20.Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position.
21.Participate in Risk Assessments
22.Participate in EHS suggestions adn observations program
23.Implement and maintain security policy , health and environment and ergonimics at work.
24.To support the committees in identifying risks and environmental aspects.
25.Participate in Training program .
26.Define corrective and preventive actions .
27.Control system logs in your area.
28.Follow-up and review procedures and instructions OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001
29.Intervene personally identify and correct unsafe acts and recognize safe behavior
30.Identify and report potential environmental impacts
31.Analyze and prevent the consequences of all actions before any activity
32.Contribute to compliance ( as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment.
33.Commit to learning about continuous improvement strategies and applying them to everyday work.
34.Attend trainings to learn about Lean & Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methodologies as required by function and/or position.
Internal and External Customers:
Import/Export Departments to whom is coordinated the operations of the customs documentation.
Traffic Area to whom is coordinated the moving from McAllen to Receiving/Shipping operations.
','!*!REQUIREMENTS:
College Degree in Engineering, Administration, Laws or four years of experience in Warehouse.
Knowledge of preference in: Import/Export Procedures, Stockroom, Shipping, Traffic and Manufacturing Processes.
Communication skills.
Experience necessary in Import/Export, Traffic and Production Areas.
Bilingual English/Spanish
