APAC Service Logistics Manager
Position Summary:
The APAC Service Logistics Manager will primarily focus on managing the day to day and act as a liaison to the APAC support and sales teams to drive corrective actions as needed for parts dispatches. The APAC Service Logistics Manager should have a strong focus on customer support experience and must demonstrate and develop strong relationships across all supply chain functional organizations including: Logistics, Operations, and Support. The ideal candidate will be a self-managed, customer oriented, and proactive individual.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Escalations Management
Support 3PL efficiency programs
Interact with external vendors and internal cross functional organizations to optimize systems, procedures, and resolve customer facing escalations
Day to day decision making to ensure our partners achieve SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)
Track and manage regional 3PL related metrics
Processes & Training
Act as regional point of contact for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. support and key business partners for all dispatch related queries.
Work with vendors to conduct root cause and drive corrective actions
Demonstrate and implement industry best practices
Requirements:
10 years of experience in support logistics or related fields
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
ERP and CRM experience
Manage, prioritize and work well with cross functional organizations
Enthusiastic and self-starter
Senior vendor management / communication skills
Project managements
Multilingual preferred but not required
Use of all Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel
