To maintain all facets of route management as directed by branch management and act as a relief Section Manager as required. This is accomplished through manipulation of proprietary systems and excellent communication with customers and crews.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

*Daily upkeep of all routes and routing software *Accommodate changes to routes to allow for scheduled events. *Check previous day service deficiencies and coordinate recovery routes for the clients *Work with Implementation Manager to achieve major re-routes and process changes *Ability to be flexible, so if required be able to work weekends and/or holidays *Manage Local and Central LIBRTIS, Route4Me *Working with Vault/ST/CVS to provide exceptional customer service *Ensuring proper procedures are being followed *Respect **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. policies and security regulations
 

 

ASSETS:

 

*Well versed in LIBRTIS, Route4Me and routing programs *Knowledge of the greater Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara Falls area and traffic patterns *Knowledge of current customer base *Previous experience working in a unionized environment and ability to understand CBAs
REQUIREMENTS:

*Well versed in LIBRTIS and routing programs *The greater Vancouver area and traffic patterns *Knowledge of current customer base *Understanding of the CBA *Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills *Exceptional team management skills *Ability to motivate, manage performance improvement, mentor, and build a team of performance minded individuals *Computer literacy: MS Office/Excel and proficient keyboarding skills *Ability to adapt and overcome challenges in very tight time constraints *Knowledge on how to navigate LIBRTIS *Reliable, conscientious and responsible *Highly organized and work with minimal supervision
