Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Support daily activities of the Customer Service and Distribution teams to ensure a consistent transaction flow for Order to Cash (order entry, shipping to invoicing)
Perform daily sales/order reconciliation between LSP systems and Oracle
Identify, troubleshoot, document and resolve with Tech Ops, all system inventory issues
Assist in resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
Track and analyze customer sales orders
Coordinate new customer setup and edits in Oracle
Coordinate new sales agreements and pricing updates in Oracle with Corporate Accounting and Customer Care
Oversee returns processing to ensure compliance with Celgene returns policy
Monitor and ensure all physical & electronic inventory movements are coordinated and performed on a timely basis, including daily EDI transactions
Monitor inventory at all locations to ensure stocking levels are maintained and execute inventory transfers as required
Investigate outstanding A/R balances and escalate as required
Review and resolve purchase price variances
Participate in annual destruction and physical inventory count
Monitor and track all distribution-related costs, perform analysis as required
Identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain/logistics and Order to Cash processes
Provide routine and ad hoc analyses and reporting to key internal stakeholders
Liaise with Global Supply and Logistics to monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels
Participate in quarterly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meeting for the Canadian affiliate to supports business decisions relative to improving forecast accuracy
Provide local import / export support with customers brokerage and freight forwarding issues
Coordinate packaging change management with Regulatory and provide inventory considerations, including mitigation of obsolescence
Ad hoc projects as assigned


Skills/Knowledge Required:


University or College level Supply Chain/Operations background
Previous ERP system experience in Order Mgmt and Inventory Mgmt (preferably Oracle)
5-7 years of operations experience preferred in Pharmaceutical/Health Care - Customer Care, Supply Chain, with understanding of GDP/GMP regulations
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with customers and colleagues
Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
Practical and collaborative approach to problem solving, ability to work cross-functionally, build relationships and partnerships
Must be a self-starter with strong commitment to development and continuous improvement of systems, operations and processes
