These teamsu00A0receive inbound shipments and move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse. Efficient, accurateu00A0receipt and movement of materials within the facility supports production and shipping goals, enhances customeru00A0satisfaction, and contributes to the overall success of BAF.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all inbound shipments and materials requests are processed on time.Supervise receiving and material handling team members to achieve goals.Verify transactions using E10 ERP system.Manage training and certification programs for forklift operators.Coordinate with vendor to ensure lift truck fleet is maintained to standard.Purchase supplies for receiving and material handling departments.Coordinate with quality, purchasing, and accounting departments to ensure proper receipt of all items.Evaluate and revise receiving and material handling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.RequirementsBachelor's degree preferred3 years relevant experience (including 1 year of previous supervisory experience), or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsKnowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applicationsMinimum 1-year experience as a certified forklift operator (stand-up preferred)Safety-first mindsetStrong organization and time management skillsWhy live life Big Ass?You want benefits?
